I sold a house middle August last year. On 20 August 2012, I signed an agreement with ABSA for repaying the outstanding amount. This was for - R 36 000 and on account 806 478 5151. I faxed and emailed them a copy of agreement.
On 23 August 2012 I was listed as a defaulter with TransUnion and other credit agencies. For the amount of R 40 438.
This was 3 days after I emailed the agreement.
Did not even got the chance to start paying back.
No feedback from ABSA or their lawyers RL Daly.
