I switched to MiWay in June this year after years of frustration with a previous company. I dealt with Sharif who was extremely efficient and professional. After sourcing quotes from 4 different companies, MiWay offered the best rate and benefits AND also R400 less than our previous insurers. Unlike many other companies, the policy wording of MiWay is simple in writing, easy to understand and devoid of industry jargon - which is a well known technique of companies to confuse consumers. Unfortunately, I was compelled to file a claim in October for a broken stormwater pipe and was a bit sceptical that it would be granted since our policy has been in effect for such a short period. I reluctantly contacted the call centre, preparing myself for the worst. Years of dealing with a certain company made me a sceptic. However, I was pleasantly surprised and completely bowled over when I dealt with Brenda. She was most efficient and professional. The manager, Breyten also contacted me a few times with feedback and I was thrilled when my claim was granted. I am most impressed with the service I received and it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with your staff. Thank you! Well done everyone!
