My ex husband and I bought a vehicle through Nedback more than 6 years ago. This vehicle was fully paid more than 3 years ago. I want to sell the vehicle now and my deal is done and all I need is the papers to hand over and I have to go through a lot of red tape to get documentation that should have been sent to us when the vehicle was paid up. Now we are told we must wait 3 days before documents are released from their security department. This after we told them the urgency as I am ready to collect my new vehicle today so they only tell us this morning no it takes 3 working days and we spoke to them 3 times yesterday and not once was this menitioned. Your service is pathetic.
