I want my name cleared and my money back

I made use of the wonga service thrice and paid them all three times on the required date. I had a collector come to my office saying that they did not received their money... I did not understand this as the cash went off my account and i manage to get a loan each time after... however i agreed to pay. They have now defaulted my name and the amounts listed does not match the loan amounts. I pulled a credit report and have seen that they listed me for the three all of the having a PAID IN FULL & CLOSED ACCOUNT, but the still defaulted my name! I am livid!!!

I want the money paid to you that was extra, and the default removed from my name in the interim...
