MONEY VANISHED FROM MY BROTHER' ACCOUNT

I am writing this on behalf of my brother, he has something like R1000 in his savings account and R265 in his 32 day call account. To his surprise part of the money has vanished and no notification on the phone was sent through. He went to Northam and Mogwase branches and no explanation is given. Unfortunately he didn't take the names of the people who were at enquiries but WE NEED TO KNOW WHERE THAT MONEY HAS GONE TO AND HIS ACCOUNT BE CREDITED BACK WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. HE JUST GOT A JOB AND IS UNABLE TO RUN AROUND THAT IS WHY I AM DOING THIS ON HIS BEHALF TO AVOID FURTHER DELAYS. DUE TO THE NATURE OF HIS WORK, HIS CELL PHONE IS OFF UNTIL AFTER 18H00 BUT WEEKENDS HE WOULD BE FREE TO CAN BE CONTACTED. WE NEED AN URGENT RESPONSE.
