Absa froze account because no withdrawls?

I am writing this complaint on behalf of my domestic worker as she has no means of doing it herself and nowhere to turn to, i hope that you can help. Itereleng social club has an account with Absa in Hamanskraal, Violet Mathey is the chairperson, they deposit between R2000 - R3500 a month as a funeral fund. They make a deposit monthly, but the withdrawals are made less often. When they wanted to withdraw money for a funeral earlier this month, they were told that the account was frozen because of inactivity. They apparently don't withdraw money often enough, no other explanation was given. According to their calculations there must be a considerable amount of money in the account. They don't receive statements because it is not a personal account but a group account and they only get a statement when they withdraw money so they don't know what the exact balance of their account is. Please help these people, my domestic worker had a previous problem with Absa, made an official compliant early in June and still haven't heard from them. I am really sick of Absa taking advantage of people who cant fight for themselves.
