I called the Santam Call Centre yesterday to make some changes to my policy and was attended to by Eric (unsure of exact name). He guided me correctly in my requests and adjusted my policy accordingly. He was pleasant and helpful throughout the call.
I was so surprised that I actually forgot to adjust one detail even though he asked me if that was all I required. I had to call back later and dealt with another gentleman whose name I didn't get. Again I was attended to in the most helpful manner.
Santam, well done, and to the 2 agents that helped me, may you continue to excel at everything you do. :o)
