A few months ago I wrote with complaint pertaining to two bluebean credit cards registered to my name. This negatively affected my credit record and affected interest rates received! Standard bank responded stating that the problem had been sorted and that I no longer have 2 just the one which I had opened. However during the week I received smss to call so as to prevent being blacklisted. This I did only to find out that the one still had my details attached (negative status). I explained it to the agent who then asked if I don't recall opening the account in 1996 - my response? I was still in primary school. How can they say it has been sorted when clearly it hasn't because I'm still receiving the correspondence to it?
