Difficult to purchase prepaid

Every month it's the same story- you just cannot buy pre paid electricity the first or second time around. This smart app functionality is simply unreliable. Sometimes your request goes through, most times it just doesn't. Then you try to purchase again with the risk of purchasing twice. Or the money gets debited from your account, and there is no PIN code generated. FNB please sort this function of your app out.
