I went to open an account this morning at Capitec Bank Festival Mall Branch Kempton Park. Thembi didn't want to accept my proof of address, every document she suggested was far for me to get. I gave her tough time. She remained cool and calm, she listened and heard me clearly without getting angry or taking offence. I realised I had a Multichoice statement on my cell phone email. I asked her if I could email that to her to print. She kept her cool through out and assisted with greatest of pleasure.
