Moving debit orders and platinum cheque card

1.I went to ABSA to upgrade from gold card to cheque card early last month and I was promised a call within a week, but to date nothing has happened.

2.Asked the bank to move my debit orders from savings account to cheque account (To date nothing has happened). My debit order are bouncing and the bank will be the first one to record me as the bad debtor forgetting they caused all the problem.

I went to the bank today (24/10/2013) there matter was still not resolved or actioned (banker told me she will process the matter as requested last month, but the issue is why didnt she actione the request immediately- so to give me a bad name).
