THIS IS A LETTER SENT 23 OCT 2013
I put in a claim this time last year.
After many months of no answers to this claim I moved insurance companies as the service from Budget was not up to standard. Before changing insurance I contacted you and was told even though I have changed insurances this claim will be sorted.
Up to date this matter is still not sorted. At the end of August I was put through to K Daniels, things seemed to be going forward. The people from the Hail repairs phoned me and I told her I would bring the vehicle in but first needed an answer on the car hire as I did pay for this. Up to date no one has come back to me on this issue. If I had stayed with Budget insurance you would have given me a hired car for the period. But your terrible client service forced me to move insurance companies as I could not rely on you for any further problems I may incur in the future.
I would like a reply to this mail by end of business today, if not I will post this on every site for bad client service. I am now tired of this and it is not impacting on my personal life.
Please sort this out
