I recently had a baby and I tried to open a fluid bank account but had problems
I used their call back service more Than 2weeks ago and again, a week ago and still waiting for a response. I even forwarded my reference number for this request to [email protected] .za where I got a response that my request was forwarded to relevant person but its been 5days and still no response
I do not know why a person always need to complain before getting service in this country. Why give people options like this call back service if its not working?
