Hi. I l have a cellphone contract with Bayport. I lost my phone in January 2013 and since then I have been trying to get a SIM Swop. firstly, it's not easy to get help at Call Centre because they ask you 5 questions before they can assist you and if you fail to answer anyone of those questions you have to call again after 24 hours. How am I suppose to remember information I supplied to them more than a year ago? secondly, if you send an e-mail to client services, you do get back a 'read receipt' but after that nobody bothers to respond. I find this very frustrating and this is the worst service I've ever received.
