The worst service received ever

I applied for a personal loan with fnb on the 15/101/2013 and it was approved. Today is the 24/10/2013 and i have still not received the payout from them.
I have been calling the 0861 40 40 40 number since the 16/10/2013 and keep getting told that it is either in process, or the system is not working, or the consultant doesn't know whats going on and cannot assist me, and then dropped the call on me. Like all their calls are recorded so are mine. I am a platinum member of FNB and my Platinum consultant Jovan called me exactly once to tell me that my complaint has been routed to the correct department and i would receive feedback the next day. That was on the 22/10/2013. To date i have not heard from her again. I logged a complaint with [Email Removed] as stated on the contract and no one is interested. Lebogang who did the application with me, called me yesterday to say that they were having a problem finding my employee number and thats why it was taking so long. So i give her the employee number again. And still nothing is done. I would like this matter to be sorted out today or i am going to take it further. Never ever have i experienced such terrible service from FNB.
