Apply for bussiness acount twice, but no responce

I applied on 13/09/2013 (Ref no: 2LCSZZLE) and again on 22/10/2013 (Ref no: 1QYS6J1R) for a business account! and NO ONE from FNB has contacted me at all!
Yet they do this so call GREAT adverts to switch to them and have a BETTER banking experience!!
This is just like every one out there!! TO talk the talk, but there are just words in the wind!!
So what nice so called CUSTOMER SERVICE once again!!!
