Worse than Steve

FNB issued an upgrade credit card without my authorization. I tried to pay my due amount on the online banking, and was told my account is invalid. I went into the branch to sort out the issue, only to be told they cannot help me, I have to call first card. I called first card, and they have no explanation. I was promised a call back on the same day by the agent, even if there was no solution yet. That call never arrived that day, nor the next, and still no call. Any bet's on a penalty being charged to me because I could not pay my due amount in time?
