I opened a Platinum Cheque account over 2 months ago with FNB and received my ebcucks card which I ordered. The account is in good standing, sufficient transactions and purchases even airtime being done on the account also been using the ebucks card. No points have been accumulated since then. I keep on wasting my airtime to phone to query to be told that there is a problem with the system. I want my points accumulated. Sick and tired of this.
