FAILURE TO UPDATE DETAILS

I joined the UCOUNT loyalty programme and to date my current cell number has not been updated. I have been promised telephonically that it will be done over a month ago! As a result I cannot use the rewards! The number they have on file is 14 years old! Strange enough I am getting sms updates on the current cell number!
