On the evening of 15th October my grandson went to the FNB ATM at Tosca Supermarket in Kanonkop Middelburg and tried to withdraw money. His card was retained by the ATM, but in the que were 3 black men who told him he must use his cellphone number to get the card back. While he was distracted his card was . he rushed home and we tried to contact Capitec banks toll-free number without any success. When he got to the bank the money was withdrawn in the township of Mhluzi.
