I have a funeral policy (#AL2927125X7) which I pay monthly premiums via eft. I have requested that my debit order be cancelled as I am no longer employed and they sent me an email address so I that the arrangement could be in black and white. I noticed that my account is still debited and I call every month to sort this non issue and arrogant and clueless call center agents would answer me as if I am begging them to offer me a service that I am paying for but not receiving. I get sms's informing me I am behind with my payments whereas I do an eft payment every month. Avbob I don't have time to run after you, there are more than enough burial schemes out there to choose from. Pull up your dirty socks or I cancel and demand a refund.
