I am really not happy & i feel deceived by Wonga that they even mention it on their website that they are transparent, i took at a loan in March 2013 and agreed they debit my bank account on 28 April 2013 of which it was agreed on. On 28th i get msg that they will debit on 29th i could not abject, come 29th they deducted their amount we agreed on. End May i get a call while im in meeting at work from one of their consultants i couldnt talk more but heard i have to pay R117.77 told the person to call me back, never got the call.07/06/13 i get call from debt collector i owe wonga money. Shocked and suprised that i gave them access to my account and they deducted the amount of money we agreed on and now whats this thuggery is that how they make their money by duping people and showing them money they will pay when applying and lying that there are no hidden fees and transparent and quick. Now debt collector is calling me to claim money, why did Wonga to me that they will take R3025 from the loan of R2500 that we agreed on, PLEASE CAN SOMEONE TELL ME. I now find out from my sister that she was also charged extra R100 what is this why is Wonga lying to us why is the money not taken the
