I was involved in a slight bumper bash on Wednesday 23/01/2013, i put my claim in same day, Thursday a lady from regent phoned me to say that they want my car to be assessed, i informed her that it would have to be the same afternoon because i could not take off of work due to the nature of the industry i am working in. She informed me that a " virtual quote " would suffice because the assessor could not make it. And that i could go to VDS and have pictures taken and the quote done, and to inform VDS that assessor ABel from regent would come and fetch it the next day. Abel phoned me the next day and had no clue as to what was arranged the previous day. He stated that he would go and collect the documents on Friday.

Today is 29/01/2013 i emailed nonhlanhla to enquire about the status of my claim, she phone me and informed me that the car has not been assessed yet. She also does not seem to know what is going on. it is obvious that ABEL is not doing his work. I did everything required from my side, its time to do yours. R823 pm is not cheap for insurance so i expect this to be resolved a.s.a.p
