Failure to render good service

I have an amount of 2500 in my just invest account which account was a just save but i converted it recently into a just invest. On Friday i phoned asking to withdraw 1000 so that i can use it to pour petrol for a trip to Polokwane I got a very confident confirmation that the money will be in my account the next day which was Saturday. On Sunday I checked the money and the money was not in my account after being so inconvenienced by the bank I had to pour petrol in a town far away from my place with my last cent which was meant for my medical aid stop order of the 1st. Yesterday I once more phoned and I spoke to Luyanda who told me straight that the money was not transferred because my balance was supposed to be 5000 and not less. How come the lady that i spoke to on Friday did not tell me that as i would have gone straight to the bank to do the transfer?? Nedbank you got to do the right thing as one day we will leave that bank and go to a bank that can give proper service.
