I recently took out Insurance with Discovery and was sold both my Insurance Products by Sphiwe. For the first time ever I am able to communicate with a call center agent via email. I read my policy schedule last night as bedtime reading, emailed him a bunch of questions and he swiftly responded. I am impressed by the simplicity in which he replies to me, no insurance jargon used and professionalism applied at all times. But above all that, this personal attention that I am receiving is amazing, not even my Personal Banker treats me this good. Due to Sphiwe's outstanding service and intrinsic desire to please his customers I have already sent him 2 customer referrals and will be moving my parent's insurance to Discovery as well. I recommend that Discovery reward and retain this dynamic individual.
