Auto & General is supplying an end to end service to me the individual. I contacted them at the accident and asked them to assist and they went out of their way from the beginning to make my life as easy as possible. I trusted them and they did not dissappoint me. They kept me in the picture every step of the way by SMS and by telephone. I was aware of where my vehicle was taken, when the vehicle was inspected by the Accessor, Where the vehicle will be repaired etc. I have the peace of mind that all my ineterets were looked after 100% and can refer them to any of my friends and family with an open hart. They are really walking the talk and do what they promise to do.
