FNB can notmake arrangements on loan terms

I just called FNB now to ask if I can make an arrangement on my loan and they refused, I am really disappointed by tis, I am used to such great service from them. I cant make a payment this month because I have had so much car problems which have given me a huge backlog, all im asking for is either an extention or for them to reduce instalments, that way I wont have to part with a lot of money end of this month. I mean FNB is my bank, why cant they be understanding???

huge disappointment and especially from the lady on the phone, she could care less, all she did was answer me like a robot, like shes programmed to say everything, how disappointing - the so called most innovative bank???
