I am a beneficiary on a policy. My claim has been submitted 4 times to AIG since January 2013, with ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE.
Each time I contact the helpline, I am told to submit to a different email address as they "cannot find the claim."
I have therefore submitted to: [Email Removed] (twice); [Email Removed] and my attorneys had direct dealings with an employee.
What is the problem? It seems to be a convenient way of getting around paying out.
