I was handed over to them for an account that i forgot i had and hadn't settled, fair enough.
So i try to get a monthly statement mailed to me so i can track my account and make for a settlement plan in my budget. you think i could EVER reach the people specifically responsible for my account? NO!
Every time i was promised a call back they never came, resulting in me spending my Money following up on their administration. Its pathetic, every email address i got given fails to yield a successful mail delivery.
long story short, i settle the account and am told il get a call the following morning when the payment reflects on their side. didnt get the call so at 13h30 i CALLED them and guess what? couldnt speak to anyone who could help with my account, but i was promised yet another "CALL BACK"
