Disgusted and dissapointed

Both Tanya and Vivian lack the ability to relate to human emotion and sorely lack telephonic etiquette. I have been a customer for quite some. Time and it just so happen that my branch is closed today being the Cresta branch where I have always been treated with respect and received applauding customer service and never made a mockery of. Tanya was the first point of contact and while doing the relevant security check she had the audacity to laugh and I could hear her colleagues in the back ground and when asked what type of gift I said food basic necessities and she found amusement in that. I then humbly requested she call me back to confirm the release of funds into my account as I do not receive the smses and she agreed. 30minutes later I called back and spoke to a Vivian who sorely lacks listening skills and then screams to hear who cleared the funds after I had to reiterate what I initially told her and repeated all the information. I ran out of air, reloaded and called back to which I was told by Vivian she is logging into her system and she dropped the phone in my ear. It is now 1hr later and none them have bothered providing me with the information regarding my transaction
