TERRIBLE CLIENT SERVICE

I have stratcorp shares which i am trying to get out of wealthnet- this process has taken me 3 weeks.
They have asked me to send through banking information which i did on 15th January. On 17th January Confidence Munyai advised that she has sent it to the relevant department to update my details and arrange payout. i havent heard from them since. I called Wealthnet today- i was advised that the turnaround time for update of details is 48hours yet my details were still not updated and thus payout has still not taken place. I then received confirmation that the details have now infact been updated today 23 Jan, but i can only expect my money by next week saturday as they are done doing payouts for the week and will only do payouts again next week. I am appalled. This is my money. This is the worst experience i have ancountered in a while, Even just to get response from this people timeously is too much to ask, now my payout is being delayed even further. Im very unhappy!
