Please unfreeze my deposit refund

Hello,
I am trying to track down 2 deposit payments I made that should have been refunded 2.5 months ago. I use my Platinum CC but my debit account was debited. The transactions were to use a city bike in Paris on 5/8 and 6/8 both for EUR150. I have contacted the French company who have said the money is simply frozen so it should be refunded by my bank once the bike is returned. To date this money has not be returned to me. I have called ABSA several times to resolve but nobody seemed to have the knowledge to assist. I have evidence of the transactions, that they were done from my account and that the money should be released so I have no idea why ABSA is holding this money. Please assist me urgently as I am really frustrated at not being able to access MY money. Please respond via email as I am in Paris again.

Ps. I tried to follow the right channels using the Absa contact page but after the 4th failure to send) technical error) for no apparent reason, this was the next step to getting this resolved. Please help!
