No warning for scheduled maintenance

So frustrating when you try and do payments and online banking is not available due to scheduled maintenance! That being said, i know that maintenance must be done on a regular basis to improve the services of online banking. So in future please send out a sms or email to advise customers of this and the times it will be unavailable so that we can plan around it. So please dont see this only as a complaint but as a valid suggestion
