Efficient service

I called 8ta yesterday regarding my billing query i was put through to several other agents before been put through to vivian and no one could help me. i was really dissapointed and upset at first, but vivian helped me every step ensuring me that everything was in order infact he expalined it to me like i was a child.
i just want to say service well done, vivian chetty u really deserve a clap from me . thank you 8ta for having such understanding people on your customer services.
