First National Bank
3 years later, no feedback

3 YEARS LATER - NO FEEDBACK. My bank card was cloned over 3 years ago and an amount of R3500 /- was withdrawn from my Smart Account, FNB had numerous people calling me asking me same questions, the last call I received was in late 2010 and no one has bothered ever since to update me. I've been a loyal customr since 2010 and I don't deserve such service. Please CANCEL all my accounts with immediate effect if I'm not contacted in the next 5 working days!

I'll move to Standard Bank, which all my friends are happy with their prevention policies.
