I was on the 22 Aug 2013 and paid over R2860.00 and realized this an hour after payment was done. I called FNB immediately and was advised to open up a case number and follow the process. At that time I was told to wait 6 weeks to get my money. After 6 weeks, when I followed up, I was told to phone (Capitec) where the funds was paid to and Capitec told me to call FNB cause they waiting for an Indemnity... being pused from pillar to post and when I threatened to go to the Ombudsman they came back saying that there was no funds to recover... seriously after two months and this is all they can say... I have been with FNB for the past 25 years... I am totally disgusted - ref 9454479
