CANT GET THROUGH

My Finace was in a motorbike accident. I have been trying since yesterday 7:30 trying to call one plan to find out how we go about for him to get checked out. Call gets cut. If something wrong with your line UPDATE YOUR WEB PAGE!!! I'm worried that its No longer of existins and we still paying everymonth. Self service also doesn't work!! On wednesday wanted to take my pet to vet I was told to use cash as card systems down!!! Why get pet insurance if I'm still gonna need cash!!! My finace in serious pain and we do NOT have the money to go to hospital now!!!
