What a pleasure

I lost my bank card in an FNB ATM at Menlyn. I had to cancel my card and get a temp one the next day. I lady helped me... sorry forgot her name. I had to pay R72-00 for replacement and was not happy about it as I am an FNB client and it was not my fault as the ATM went out of order whilst I was busy withdrawing money. She helped me everything thing quickly and professionally and she came back to me regarding my claim back for the cost of replacing the card. Thank you for the great service and thank you FNB for returning the R72-00. It has made me a happy customer and I love my bank!
