I would just like to compliment Janine Alexander on exceptional service she has given. I have lodged a claim with Absa Idirect with the severe hail storm we had in November. I have battled to get any service from the suppliers they have appointed to my property. Janine has dealt with my claim ever since then and her proffesional service has definitely kept me from complaining. I need to compliment on her on a job well done.
Absa does need a lot more people like her in the insurance industry. I Pray she keeps doing what she does and never change that
