I phone for a quote in the beginning of September 2013, but Outsurance was unable to beat my current insurer.
As advertised, I applied through all the red tape to get the R 400 cash back. Applied via the link and attached my current schedule. They needed something like 30 days to get back to me. This was on 12/09/2013 - Its been more that 30 days, and after another mail to Outsurance - NO FEEDBACK.
To keep quiet, the problem will go away - or will it
Poor, false and unethical way in doing business.
My business insurance is also with Outsurance, but do not have a choice to look for another insurance company - Not willing to take a risk with unethical companies like Outsurance
