Please can someone listen to the call recording from 08-02-2012 from sibusiso and call me back as promised today between 4-5pm. I Nigel Roets had a call back from Sibusiso from the Technical department 08-02-2012 at about 16h30. He advised that he will call me back regarding the issues that were raised from my decoder regarding B-mails not receiving, how many channels Top Tv has for the full variety package, etc. Please could I get feedback regarding regarding that call from Friday from Technical from Sibusiso because he promised to call me back and I am still waiting. My nr is 0722435499 and I also need feedback in writing from Sibusiso on e mail [Email Removed] I am also experiencing a problem with Tshwane tv. The sound does not correspond with the movement on the screen especially with characters talking.
