I issued a complaint on Monday (4 February) regarding Standard Bank and the way they just debit fees off my account without my knowledge or any reason why... Sibusiso from the complaints department phoned me Wednesday (6 February) and explained the whole situation very clearly and even reversed the fees that was charged. I was very impressed with his attitude as well as assistance. So thanks to Sibusiso, I am not thinking about changing banks!
All call centre agents could learn a thing or two from Sibusiso! Well done again!
