I am really disgusted with the level of service I received thus far from the Innovation Group.
I phoned in to cancel my policy on 5 September 2013 and I was promised that I will get a call and refund within 21 working day. I am now sitting 25 days later and my refund has not been processed and I am told that I will not receive my September contribution as it was during the cancellation period. That is absolute nonsense and I will not accept that.
I want all my monthly contributions from the first payment to the last payment in September to be refunded in full and I need a cancellation letter stating that I will not be charged going forward.
I need someone with authority to give me a call today.
Your call centre agents are very rude and don't give themselves time to listen to the client. As I am typing this email, I have been placed on gold for 15 minutes, do you really call this service?
Very disappointed indeed!
