So I called the Innovation Group on 0860210007 date 08/10/2013 at 13H51pm and spoke to Thandazo in Customer Care after sending the cancellation letter the day before for the MotorMend policy.
I indicated that I would not be using the accredited service centres to service my car and therefore would not be meeting their conditions of cover. I was given two reference numbers: GWH48870 for the Super drive Warranty & GWH48869 for the Power Up Warranty.
I was told it would take about 21 workings days for the cancellation to come into effect. I was called on two other occasions with someone asking why I cancelled and I gave them the same reason.
I've kept my end of what your policy document requires me to do when I cancel and I would have expected you to do the same. I have even afforded you more than the 21 workings days you promised and still my HP agreement has is still not refunded with the pro-rata amount.
I might have considered using your services in the future but NOT after this experience.
