We are utterly disgusted with service from Standard bank; my mother logged a query 3weeks ago, regarding funds withdrawn from her account, without her knowledge. Feedback was promised within 5 working days; she has been given the run around ever since. Today she went back
to the Bethal Branch in Mpumalanga and spoke to Marina Du Pleesis who was of no help, and Gustav the branch manager, gave the same pathetic service and bad attitude. All he did was dial which she held for 45min to an hour and finally spoke to Roshel probably from forensic and again we are told to wait for another 5 days. Clearly someone is not doing his/her job what kind of service is this? Nothing has been to help her; she will not speak to anyone from Standard Bank, that all correspondence with the bank be in "black and white".
I will make sure that all my family, friends and colleagues know about this bad service and advise them not to bank with Standard bank " Moving forward"...? more like moving Backwards!!
