Poor poor service on Request for copies of vechicl

My name is Leon Lochenberg. I phoned ABSA Bank on the 18Jan 2013 and requested copies of vechicle contracts that was bought on my name. I even send a email requesting these copies to [Email Removed] I was told it would take 3-4 working details. I phoned back on the 24Jan only to get the same story again, only I was told it will take 3-5 working days. I phoned 0860 333 340 and spoke to Eldene Louw, explained what I needed and even emailed him with the request. I was told I will get it the same day. guess what still NOTHING. I emailed him on the 28Jan asking what is going on, i even asked for the name of his manager. I simply got no reply back what so ever.
I just think all the high bank fees we pay today, we are suppose to get some kind of service. I have been banking with absa for the last 15years. How hard or difficult is it just to send copy of contract to a client?
Im thinking of cancelling everything with ABSA and moving to another bank. Fed up with people to lazy to do their jo
