Poor Service, Bad Attitude, Not listening

As a Private Bank Client I am disgusted with the service received from my local Absa Branch in Strand. After a few calls to different people at the Absa International Department/Internet, I was advised by the lady to go the nearest Branch for assistance. I have GPA on my daughter's acc, which at the time of the incident was not yet loaded to the system. I approached the clerk, requested her to assist me with the loading and capturing of the GPA, of which I had a copy with me, drawn up by an Absa Attorney, certified copies of my daughters ID and Passport and my ID and resetting of the p/word an issue me with a new card. The immediate response from the clerk was, I not sure it can be done, and I must first get approval, not listening to my request, Immediately I became aggravated, because she did not listen to my requested. then I was told it must be sent to Legal for approval and it takes 48 hours for the approval and must come back tomorrow. As I was trying to explain to her to understand the unique circumstances and urgency of my request she kept to her story of "this is unfortunately the policy. She was not listening nor willing to go the extra mile to assist me
