Had enough of Nedbank

Nedbank advertise their greenback program as customer friendly and it is such a pain to use. I have been trying to get into their website now for 2 days and still no luck. FNB offer a fantastic customer reward program and it just seems as if there is no comparison. I went to get a statement at Nedbank and got charged twice for so called "service". Time to call FNB I think.
