On 11/10/13 i received a call from your Call Center, stating my Acc. is in arrears. Upon phoning the Call Center with the prove that the Acc. was indeed paid as the debit order is going off my Acc. on the 5th of every month, the Call Center can not even pronounced my surname. On the 10/10/13 i received a letter via post threatening me to be listed as an ADVERSE payer if i don't respond and pay my Acc. Rochester!! look on your bank statements, my Acc. has been paid!! I need an apology on this forum as well as a written apology attached to my latest statement posted to the postal address. A.S.A.P.!! In future! Please refrain from employing people that "passed" Grade 12 who can not speak ENGLISH!!! By the way, the leather lounge suite and bedroom suite that was bought from you on different occasions is falling apart as a result of your AWESOME!! but worthless warranty and guarantee's
