I'm gratefult to outsurance for fixing my car & providing a hire car however the car was fixed at about 70% of it's value becuase damage was not all assesed upfront. Delayed by 2 months and still had to run around for 3 days and spend a fortune gettting it back how it was. complaints were put in about Steimar for the run around they gave me for not paying attention to detail. Excuse everytime-previous accident damage. That car was driven for three years without any problems whatsoever! When it came back the steering was shaking so badly it couldn't be driven and I spent a whole day at tiiger wheel only to be told the front wheels were buckled.outsurance said to get 2 new rims and submit the invoice because they had to be changed only to be told afterwards I must have hit a pothole before the accident and they would not refund me. Like I would drive the car like that iin the first place!! Hooter not working, previous damage. Funny it was working before but when returned was not even connected. Out of pocket, 3 days off work, several phone calls. Car has been traded for far less than it cost to fix and less than half of what I bought it for before it costs anymore. What a waste.
